Job Description:
EASYKOMAS LIMITED is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive that can work INDEPENDENTLY to build sales opportunities and form connections with our clients.
This is an excellent opportunity to find new ways to help us achieve our client acquisition and revenue goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
2. Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
3. Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
4. Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
5. Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole.
6. Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
7. Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
8. Other responsibilities as may be given by the Management.

Skills and Qualifications:
1. Experience in the sales side of running a business.
2. Strong customer service and sales skills for generating leads.
3. Advanced presentation and persuasive skills.
4. Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with clients.
6. Extensive knowledge of productivity tools and software.
7. Attention to detail and organization skills for honing in on each necessary task.
8. Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills.
9. Mobile Access to a Smartphone and Internet.
10. Must be 18years and above.

Remuneration:
Monthly Earning Range (with optional daily withdrawal) = ₦64,800 - ₦153,600

Monthly Target:
At least a Minimum of 500 TPV in Sales of Online Shops to the target audience on a monthly basis.

Incentive:
Small Car Award anytime you accomplish 288,000 TPV in sales.
